Closing Capital Maintenance Projects 2015 - 2021.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Office of Financial Services, to amend the Capital Maintenance CIB spending and financing budgets for the reallocation of funds within existing budgets and to close completed projects with no excess balances, but excess spending authority for projects from 2015 - 2021, cancelling expired budget authority for projects prior to 2018. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner specified in the attached financial analysis.
