WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in RES 15-1671 accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for a new water service connection at 1041 Selby Avenue.

Final Order: RES PH 15-83 Approved: 04/15/2015
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 21, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
