RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a fully-executed settlement agreement to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 to Dana and Suzanne Taylor and their attorney, Jason A. Lien, the total sum of fifty thousand dollars and no cents ($50,000.00) in full and final settlement of Dana Taylor and Suzanne Taylor v. The City of St. Paul, and to comport with the non-economic obligations borne by the City as provided for in the settlement agreement.
