Pertaining to a professional services agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. to provide Lead Free SPRWS program management services.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners desires to obtain Lead Free SPRWS program management services; and
WHEREAS, staff did solicit proposals from firms qualified to provide said services, and from such proposers does recommend the firm of CDM Smith, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into an agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. to provide said services; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners hereby requests that the City of Saint Paul Contract and Analysis Services draft an agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. to provide Lead Free SPRWS Program Management Services for a four-year term beginning September 1, 2024, and to include all other terms and conditions as may be required; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
