Adopting the 2011 Dollar List and Policy Plan.

Whereas, the Saint Paul City Council has undertaken a review of the Mayor's 2011 Budget Proposal;
Whereas, the "Dollar List" is a compilation of the discussions that have taken place during the meetings of the Council's Budget Review Committee;
Whereas, the 2011 Dollar List includes a summary recap which identifies changes to the proposal;
Whereas, the 2011 Dollar List also includes a policy summary which identifies topics and timelines for future consideration;
Whereas, the full 2011 Dollar List is included as Attachment A;
Therefore be it resolved that the City Council adopts the 2011 Dollar List and directs Council staff to coordinate with Administration the completion of the items in the policy summary
