Appeal of Nathaniel Armstrong to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 725 FULLER AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal
During the month of December, a notice was sent to 725 Fuller regarding becoming a Category 2 property. I did not receive the message as my mailing address was listed as 240 W. Wentworth Avenue #103, St. Paul, MN. I was married and on my honeymoon during December & came back to learn all of this. I would like to continue working on the home with the fire deficiency list. I will commit to having repairs for that list complete within 120 days. I have kept sidewalks & lot clean.
