Purpose of Appeal
#2 Exterior Porches - Inspector said 2nd floor porch floorboards appear to be rotting. Inspector never went to this area to inspect. It is not a porch; it is a roof top that tenants happen to access through a window. There is no water damage on the underside of this roof top.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Angela Hansen, on behalf of Applegate Property Management, to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 732 FOURTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the exterior roof/porch and deny the appeal on the painting issue and grant an extension to Oct 1, 2011 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
