WHEREAS on July 16, 2025, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 25-54, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement service billed during November 22 to December 20, 2024. (File No. J2510E, Assessment No. 258311); and
WHEREAS, the property at 747 PAYNE AVENUE, being described as: Watson’s Division “D” Subj to Payne Ave Lots 1 Thru Lot 5, with the property identification number 29-29-22-43-0091 was assessed an amount of $303; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on August 5, 2025 under SR 25-171 to review the matter and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends ratifying the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the assessment of $303, plus any accrued interests, be ratified. Council File No. RLH AR 25-54 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
