Title
Appeal of Harold Brady to a Correction Notice at 214 GEORGE STREET WEST.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, December 19, 2017, 11:00 a.m.
Purpose of Appeal: I do not consider my cherry picker to be commercial equipment. I do not rent, lease, or loan the unit to anyone and it never leaves my property, except for repairs.
I'm too old to put up scaffolding and heavy extension ladders for painting and maintenance on my house. My Victorian house is one hundred thirty years old and I love keeping it in good condition. I feel very safe and comfortable when using the cherry picker the last two years, having painted the south and west sides of the house. The house has four floors, not counting the basement, and forty-foot peaks on all four sides.
I park the cherry picker at the rear of my house where it cannot be seen during the winter months. I would appreciate keeping the same spot for parking the unit. Please consider my request.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: December 4, 2017
