Approving a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license to be added to existing licenses for Clutch Brewing Company Inc. (License ID #20180001089) at 928 7^th Street West #201.

Body

WHEREAS, Clutch Brewing Company Inc. (License ID #20180001089) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 928 7^th Street West #201 in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, The Licensee currently holds a Malt Off Sale (Brewery), Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom), and Liquor On Sale - Sunday license.

WHEREAS, a notice was sent to all residential property owners within three hundred (300) feet of the licensed premises and no objection was received; and

WHEREAS, in response to the May 11, 2022, notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections to approve the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service (Patio) license is hereby approved for Clutch Brewing Company Inc. (License ID #20180001089) for the premises located at 928 7^th Street West #201 in Saint Paul.
