Amending the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services in March 2012 to delete the assessment at 596 LAWSON AVENUE EAST. (File No. VB1208, Assessment No. 128810)

WHEREAS, on August 1, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 12-75, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services in March 2012. (File No. VB1208, Assessment No. 128810); and
WHEREAS, the property at 596 Lawson AVenue East, being described as: Arlington Hills Add B4045 49 Lot 12 Blk 15 with the property identification number 29-29-22-13-0144 was assessed an amount of $1,250.00 for collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as owner was given an extension on the vacant building fee; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File #RLH AR 12-75 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
