Approving a new location application for Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses for an establishment with existing Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong), and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ- 002422-2026) held by MidCity Kitchen LLC d/b/a Khue’s Kitchen for the premises located at 693 Raymond Ave.

WHEREAS, MidCity Kitchen LLC d/b/a Khue’s Kitchen submitted a new location application for Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses for an establishment with existing Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong), and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ- 002422-2026) for the premises located at 693 Raymond Ave.; and
WHEREAS, On September 17, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of October 2, 2026; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to its recommended approval of the new location application for Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses for an establishment with existing Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong), and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the new location application; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, That the new location application for Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses for an establishment with existing Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong), and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ- 002422-2026) is hereby approved and the licenses issued to MidCity Kitchen LLC d/b/a Khue’s Kitchen for the premises located at 693 Raymond Ave. with no existing license conditions.
