Approving adverse action against the Auto Repair Garage license and Alarm Permit (Renew) held by Afterhours Mobile Service, Inc., d/b/a Twin City Fleet Repair at 290 Larch Street.
 
Body
WHEREAS, the Auto Repair Garage license and Alarm Permit (Renew) held by Afterhours Mobile Service, Inc. d/b/a Twin City Fleet Repair (License ID #20070003991) for the premises located at 290 Larch Street in Saint Paul, were the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated April 6, 2015, stating the licensee failed to pay delinquent license, permit and late fees and submit required information; and
 
WHEREAS, per Saint Paul Legislative Code ยง310.05 (m) (2), the licensing office also recommended a $500.00 matrix penalty for failure to submit required information in order to maintain the licenses; and   
 
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to pay the delinquent license, permit and late fees and submit required information or request a hearing; and  
 
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license, permit and late fees and submit the required information or request a hearing by April 16, 2015, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Auto Repair Garage license and Alarm Permit (Renew) held by Afterhours Mobile Service, Inc. d/b/a Twin City Fleet Repair are hereby suspended for failure to pay delinquent license, permit and late fees.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the licensee is ordered to pay a matrix penalty of $500.00 for failure to submit required information in order to maintain the license.
 
The license and permit will remain suspended until the license, permit fees and penalties are paid in full and all required information is submitted to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
