WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of James Marshall, tenant, to a Fire Correction Notice, which includes Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 740 Dayton Avenue, Unit B-4, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 15, 2025 for compliance with both July 8, 2025 and August 8, 2025 Fire Certificate of Occupancy orders or unit must be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
