Signatures on the attached Joint Powers Agreement, which includes an indemnification clause between the City of Saint Paul, Police Department and the Metro Gang Strike Force (MGSF) Advisory Board. The City of Saint Paul Police Department sworn and non-sworn employees will conduct an inventory of the MGSF property currently in the custody of the City in its crime lab and property room.
