[RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Frankie Edward Adams and his attorney, Andrew Irlbeck, Applebaum Law Firm, the total sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and no cents ($12,500) in full and final settlement in civil case no. 13-CV-1776 (PAM/JJK) for damages and attorney's fees arising from the incident occurring on January 6, 2010.
