Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for the I35E bridge over Shepard Road Project.
Body
WHEREAS, MnDOT has a project to replace the I35E bridge over Shepard Road; and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to participate in the cost of the signal systems and to furnish materials as outlined in the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City’s maintenance responsibilities are defined in the agreement; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into MnDOT Agreement No.1059844 with the State of Minnesota, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and, be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
