Body

WHEREAS on February 12, 2025, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 25-1, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2024. (File No. CG2501A1, Assessment No. 250111); and

WHEREAS, the property at 63 Milton Street North, being described as: Summit Park Addition to St. Paul in Ramsey County, Minnesota E 40 Ft of Lot 28 Blk 29, with the property identification number 02-28-23-24-0098 was assessed an amount of $5.84; and

WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment as the bill had already been paid by property owner; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $5.84, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 25-1 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
