Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department to establish the spending and financing plans for the reimbursement from the Minnesota Chapter of the National Fire Sprinkler Association for the amount of $602.00.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the Minnesota Chapter of the National Fire Sprinkler Association for all travel costs associated with picking up the sprinkler demonstration trailer from Nashville, TN on March 30 - April 2, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the total travel expenses are $602.00; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $602.00 in excess of those estimated in the 2017 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made to the 2017 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2017 budget.
