Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 272 RICHMOND STREET in Council File RLH SAO 24-25.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-25 on May 8, 2024 which granted an extension to June 1, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions in the summary abatement order at 272 Richmond Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 4, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
