Appeal of Matthew P. O'Hara to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 314 VAN BUREN AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal
The two windows in question were never mentioned in the vacant building report or by Ken Eggers in his inspection of the property after the purchase. It was only during the final inspection that Jim Seeger had mentioned that there had been a change to the Saint Paul code. The two bedrooms are within ten feet of a hall window that meets the standard. I currently cannot afford to make these changes to the building.
