Naming Hillcrest Drive as a private street in the Highland Bridge development.

WHEREAS, Project Paul, LLC (a subsidiary of Ryan Companies), 533 S Third St, Suite 100 Minneapolis MN 55415 is the developer of the Highland Bridge site, and Project Paul, LLC and Highland Bridge Master Association Inc., respectively, are the owners of the properties at Highland Bridge legally described as Block 2, Ford, and Outlot C, Ford.
WHEREAS, Block 2 will be subdivided and part of the Block 2 property is being developed with a Senior Mixed Use building that will be owned by PHS Highland Park, LLC (a subsidiary or affiliate of Presbyterian Homes), and
WHEREAS, the developer has elected to construct the private street as shown on “Exhibit A” to provide access to the properties,
WHEREAS, the developer desires the new street within this development be named Hillcrest Drive and to have the new buildings addressed off this street; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Saint Paul, that the private street as shown on “Exhibit A” shall hereafter be known and designated as Hillcrest Drive; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Department of Public Works shall issue addresses for the buildings using Hillcrest Drive as the designated street name; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is understood by the developer and/or its successors in interest that they shall construct and maintain the proposed private street, at their own expense, and continue to maintain in a clear and unobstructed manner to provide access for all vehicular traffic, including emergency services vehicles; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successors in interest shall construct and maintain at their own expense the necessary signing of the private street, to be known as Hillcrest Drive, to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works.
