Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Fire Department is planning a  graduation ceremony for the new firefighters on January 14, 2022; and

WHEREAS, the ceremony recognizes the achievement of the new firefighters; and

WHEREAS, the expenditures of money for expenses relating to the graduation serves a public purpose by celebrating the successful graduates; and

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby authorizes the expenditure of funds not to exceed $1,000 for the Saint Paul Fire Department graduation.
