Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-8 on July 22, 2020 which granted an extension to October 1, 2020 for the repair or removal of the garage at 1552 Arlington Avenue East; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 6, October 20 and November 10, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
