WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of James Swartwood to a Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 931 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the vacate order, waive the Vacant Building fee for 90 days; and require that the Certificate of Occupancy be reinstated within 30 days, or the appellant will be required to obtain a Code Compliance Inspection; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
