On July 8, 2010, the Zoning Committee of the Planning Commisson held a public hearing on this application.  At the close of the hearing, staff was directed to prepare additional findings that could support a recommendation of approval.  The applicant granted an extension of the deadline for action to September 21, 2010.
 
On September 2, 2010, the Zoning Committee discussed the case and the findings provided by staff, and voted to deny the application.  The full Planning Commission considered the application on September 10, 2010, and voted to deny it.
