Appeal of Caleb Santangelo to a Summary Abatement Order at 1646 TAYLOR AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, March 23, 2021, teleconference between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: I received the order 6 days before I had to comply. I scheduled pickup immediately, but the ground was too soft for the truck. I need more time to move Bagster to a different location and schedule a new pickup. Additionally, all garbage is contained in the Bagster and has only been there due to a much-delayed kitchen remodel.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Caleb Santangelo to a Summary Abatement Order at 1646 TAYLOR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until April 8, 2021 for compliance with the bagster; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
