Authorizing a professional services contract with Primacy Strategy Group.
Body
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Administrative Code §45.03 requires that all contracts for lobbying activities be first authorized by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor’s Office wishes to contract with Primacy Strategy Group to represent the City of Saint Paul before Congress, and members of the Federal Administration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the scope of services indicated above is consistent with the City’s legislative agenda; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the appropriate City officials to enter into a professional services agreement with Primacy Strategy Group.
