WHEREAS, on September 18, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 13-193, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for the Hatch/Agate area paving and lighting project constructed as part of the 2013 Residential Street Vitality Project (RSVP); and
WHEREAS, the property at 152 JESSAMINE AVENUE E., with the property identification number 30-29-22-12-0084, was assessed an amount of $7,108.80; and
WHEREAS, the construction on this block was limited to 55' and did not continue the length of the block, the Office of Financial Services recommends reducing the assessment from $7,108.80 to $3,258.20; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, that Council File RES PH 13-193 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
