WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mariah Kraatz-Rimkus, Realty Pros LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1615 DARLENE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and property will remain a Category 2 Vacant Building and require a code compliance inspection; waive the Vacant Building fee for 90 days to August 6, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
