Amending Council File RES 26-890 to add the MnDOT agreement number and update the grant amount.

WHEREAS, on June 10, 2026 the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RES 26-890 which authorized the City to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for scope related to the federal Congestion Mitigation Air Quality grant for the Twin Cities Electric Vehicle Mobility Network - Evie Carshare through the Metropolitan Council’s Transportation Advisory Board regional solicitation in the 2026-2029 Statewide Transportation Improvement plan; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to add the MnDOT agreement number 1062903 and update the grant amount to $1,400,000; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that all other provisions of RES 26-890, as amended, remain in full force and effect; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RES 26-890 is hereby amended to reflect these changes.
