Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a property damage release, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City's Police Department's Tort Liability Fund, 1-10023200-74205-231004100-74205, to American Family Insurance Company as subrogee of Soua & Mailee Kong Xiong, the amount of $9,125.08, in full and final settlement of any and all property damage claims as a result of a vehicle accident on the 17th day of May, 2014 in Saint Paul, MN.
