Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 386 ROSE AVENUE EAST in Council File RLH SAO 18-41.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 18-41 on September 5, 2018 which granted an extension for one month to abate the nuisance conditions at 386 Rose Avenue East; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 2, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
