WHEREAS on August 14, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 24-61 to ratify the assessment Graffiti Removal services during January 8 to February 5, 2024. (File No. J2408P, Assessment No. 248407); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2496 (2516) Wabash Avenue, being described as: WINSTON'S ADDITION,,ST. PAUL, PART NLY AND NWLY OF WABASH FRONTAGE RD ...T 29 R 23 N OF AND ADJ AND LOT B, with the property identification number 32-29-23-22-0005 was assessed an amount of $263.84; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this file and recommended that the City Council delete the assessment as there is a waiver on file since July 18, 2024; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $263.84, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 24-61 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
