Authorizing the Fire Department to pay for all costs incurred to hold a promotional ceremony for eleven Fire Captains on February 17, 2011.
Body
Pursuant to the 2011 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit payment for promotional ceremony expenses not to exceed $75.00. The public purpose of the ceremony is to recognize the achievement of the firefighters. This will pay for all costs incurred by the Saint Paul Fire Department to hold the promotional ceremony for 11 Fire Captains on February 17, 2011 at Fire Station 1 located at 1000 West Seventh Street.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
