Ratifying assessments for Graffiti Removal services from November 17 to December 29, 2010. (File No. J1109P, Asmt No. 118025)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-263 accepted the Report of Completion for Graffiti Removal on Private Properties during the time period of November 17 to December 29, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 06, 2011 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following change:
949 Conway Street - delete the assessment; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby determined to be payable in one equal installment, unless specified above in the legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
