Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital and Capital Maintenance Contingency Budgets to transfer $90,000 for the Dale Street Roof Replacement.
Body
WHEREAS, Dale Street Roof Replacement was approved as part of the deferred and capital maintenance process for 2026 and 2027 funding; and
WHEREAS, it was determined that an additional $90,000 of funding will be needed to accomplish the roof replacement at 889 Dale Street campus; and
WHEREAS, there is funding is available in the 2025 Capital Maintenance Contingency Account; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for transfer of appropriation of funds of $90,000 in the Capital Improvement Budget; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $90,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
