RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the unclassified classification of Deputy Director of Planning and Economic Development Manager be established at the rate set forth in Grade 031 of Employee Group 17, the Non-Represented City Managers Salary Schedule, and be it  

FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect at the same time as the unclassified Deputy Director of Planning and Economic Development Manager classification which is 30 days from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the Legal Ledger.
