1. Vehicle is on private property; can't be seen from the street.
2. Vehicle is snowed in and can't be moved at this time.
3. Vehicle will be moved when weather allows.
4. Inspector had no business walking into the driveway as far as 30-50 feet to even see the vehicle.
5. Inspector had no business viewing satellite photos of my property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Alexandra Reese to a Correction Notice at 1194 HEWITT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the following extensions: 1) grant to February 28 to provide proof of current tabs to inspector; 2) if condition is met, grant additional two weeks to put tabs on the vehicle; and 3) if condition 2 is met, grant to April 15, 2018 to remove the vehicle; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
