Title

Deleting the assessments for Property Clean Up services from February 1 to 25, 2016 at 17 SEVENTH PLACE WEST. (File No. J1609A, Assessment No. 168525)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File AR 16-29 accepted the Ratifying of Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of February 1 to February 25, 2016; and

WHEREAS, the property at 17 Seventh Place West, being described as: Register Land Survey No 621 Tract A, with the property identification number 06-28-22-21-0077; and

WHEREAS, Office of Financial Services staff indicated that there was a Division done in January 2016 and the assessment was placed on the wrong property identification number and recommends deleting the assessment from Pin # 06-28-22-21-0077 and reassess to Pin # 06-28-22-21-0079; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the assessment be deleted and reassessed.
