For basement southeast and northwest bedrooms (double hung): recommend variance on egress window opening height of 8" in height. Also, recommend variance on maximum sill height of 2" if a step of standard size is installed permamently affixed to the wall and running the entire width of the window.
For basement west bedroom (double hung): recommend variance on egress window opening height of 8" in height. Also, recommend variance on maximum sill height of 2" if a step of standard size is installed permamently affixed to the wall and running the entire width of the window.
