Authorizing the Fire Department to pay for all costs incurred to hold a graduation ceremony for new firefighters on August 7, 2015 at the Saint Paul College.
Body
Pursuant to the 2015 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit payment for graduation expenses not to exceed $1,050.00. This will pay for all costs incurred by the Saint Paul Fire Department to hold a formal graduation ceremony for the new firefighters on August 7, 2015 at the Saint Paul College. The public purpose of the ceremony is to recognize the achievement of the new firefighters.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
