RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of seventy five thousand dollars and no cents ($75,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff's claims in Ross Hanover Berke v. Officers Jonathan Gliske, Chris Kasal, Tom Menton and the City of St. Paul, civil court file number 62-CV-14-4073 for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding the incident on March 8, 2013.
