Purpose of Appeal: can we park our truck on our driveway please? We have nowhere to park it during winter season. We don't have the funds to rent a storage place. we aew , poor & only use the truck to do farms's market during summer times only to help support the bills.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kanong Yang Vue to a Summary and Vehicle Abatement Order at 948 BRADLEY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the Vehicle Abatement Order and deny the the appeal on the Summary Abatement Order, noting that owner has come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
