WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-30 on May 13, 2026 which granted an extension to May 8, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions at 685 Van Buren Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 19, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter resolved forthcoming, pending May 19, 2026 Legislative Hearing.
