Waiving the 45 day notice requirement and approving a 545 square foot expansion of the licensed wine and beer service area into the compact and contiguous space east of the current service area for La Cabana Restaurant Inc (License ID #20040004015), 863 East Seventh Street.

Body

WHEREAS, the licensee has requested a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of a 545 square foot expansion of the licensed wine and beer service area into the compact and contiguous space located to the east of the current service area for La Cabana Restaurant Inc d/b/a La Cabana Restaurant (License ID #20040004015) located at 863 E. 7^th in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, the Dayton's Bluff District 4 Community Council passed a resolution in support of waiving the 45 day notice requirement; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the license and that the failure to grant the waiver and the consequent delay in approving the license would cause exceptional and unusual hardship to the license applicant; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, that the 45 day notice requirement and approval of the 545 square foot  expansion of the licensed wine and beer service area into the compact and contiguous space located to the east of the current service area for La Cabana Restaurant Inc d/b/a La Cabana Restaurant located at 863 E. 7^th in Saint Paul.
