WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 18-1446 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of June 10 to June 30, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 16, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which are considered separately:
RLH TA 18-601: 832 Armstrong Avenue;
RLH TA 18-576: 488 Aurora Avenue;
RLH TA 18-579: 1431 Edmund Avenue;
RLH TA 18-580: 723 Edgerton Street;
RLH TA 18-596: 747 Nebraska Avenue East;
RLH TA 18-586: 1208 Raymond Avenue;
RLH TA 18-578: 652 Stryker Avenue;
RLH TA 18-594: 1067 Van Dyke Street;
RLH TA 18-581: 1483 Wynne Avenue;
RLH TA 19-XX: 955 Sixth Street East - delete for separate consideration, refer back to Legislative Hearing on January 22, 2019 and continue Public Hearing on February 13, 2019;
RLH TA 19-XX: 1215 Van Buren Avenue - delete for separate consideration, refer back to Legislative Hearing on January 22, 2019 and continue Public Hearing to February 13, 2019; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
