WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Marcia and Philip Liniewicz to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 255 COLBORNE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to June 1, 2012 to either repair or replace the fence, or install an appropriate screen, such as landscaping and/or trees may provide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
