WHEREAS, in the matter of Randall Radunz to a Vacant Building Registration Notice, Revised Condemnation and Order to Vacate, plus Vehicle Abatement Order at 34 Sycamore Street East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the condemnation and immediate order to vacate; deny appeal on Vacant Building registration and Category 2 status; deny the appeal on the vehicle abatement order and grant extension to September 15, 2023 for removal of the vehicles; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
