Be it further resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department Tort Liability Fund 1-10031301-74205 to the Metropolitan Council as subrogee of the Metropolitan Council, the amount of thirteen thousand six hundred twenty-three dollars and fifty cents ($13,623.50) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim stemming from a vehicle accident on or about the 19th day of June 2018, in Saint Paul, MN.
